Greeted as soon as we walked into the the store by Wendy. She was happy & helpful from the start. Listened to what we wanted & helped us find the products we were after. Showed us all the options & was able to answer all our questions. Very friendly, professional and polite the whole way through. Made the shopping experience very easy and enjoyable.

On arrival into the store, I was met by a friendly lady called Maria at the Kettering branch, I explained to her that my purchase of the Tempur mattress two years ago was affecting my shoulders, back and legs, that I am currently having physio and seeing a chiropractor. She then took me to the Sleepmatch bed and explained how it works, I gave it a try got my results and from the listing I tried various mattresses and chose one that I found was more suitable for me, this will be delivered in July.

Wendy was very helpful and informative. Happy and bubbly and created an instant rapport with us both. Kept us informed every step of the way with no pressure placed on us to buy

The staff were very attentive and available immediately (as soon as we walked into the store). They made it safe to test the beds, providing covering for the beds and gave a range of mattress options that suited needs and price range. The end to end process from entering the store to purchasing a bed and mattress was very quick.

The sales lady was very helpful and pleasant and showed us around the store and explained the different types of mattresses on sale , there was no pressure to buy and we hope we have chosen the one for us .

Wendy, was the lady who helped us. She was very informative, friendly and funny. We tried the sleep match and she took us around to different mattresses helping us find the best one for us.

The shop assistant was courteous, knowledgeable and well mannered at all times. I was asked to be assessed on the electronic sleeping position mapping mattress. I was then shown 3 suitable mattresses to try, in keeping with what I had asked for and what the recommendations were. The order, payment and promised delivery arrangements were straight forward.
