Staff (Dan) knowledge was excellent, also had the minerals to tell us what was right for us and what would have been completely wrong for us. Very proficient. Even offered us a bottle of water!

The bed simulator was great. Saved loads of time and helped us find what we were looking for. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable

We were served by Wendy at the kettering store She couldn’t of been more helpful her knowledge was excellent and she was friendly and welcoming We saw the store being cleaned while we were there to ensure covid safety The bed we wanted was able to be delivered to us quickly un like another store we visited who’s wait is until October The bed we had seen on line was easy to find in store and looked as it did on line
