It was very busy in the store but the staff made sure everyone was seen to and dedicated enough time to each customer. Because it was busy it took longer to process the order but the staff kept making sure we were ok and apologising for the delay and offered everyone a drink. They were also mindful about the time we had been in store and wrote our reg down to ensure we were not fined. The manager was hands on and supported his team with the sales.

Lisa was really helpful but not at all pushy. It was useful to see the ottoman bed in action and to feel the quality of the fabric. I was able to try lifting the ottoman, with tips from Lisa, and was reassured that it was manageable. Ordering was easy with Lisa checking each part of my purchase to make sure we had it right. All in all, an informative and pleasant experience.

Entered the store with an open mind just looking at prices of mattresses, due to the expert knowledge and friendliness of Wendy we ended up buying a new mattress and accessories. Choosing a new mattress was a breeze the sleep machine was an eye opener. The new mattress being delivered within 7 days of our order is exceptional. Over all a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Vivek and Lisa were so friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond to help us decide which mattress would be suitable for us. Amazing service, I have already told my friends and family, some of whom will be bed searching in the next month or so and were very impressed with my own experience at dreams. We even had a cup of coffee made for us while we were going through our paper work. Best customer service I have experienced, I felt valued and it made purchasing my mattress such a pleasure. Friendly greeting on entering the store. Very helpful and knowledgeable salesperson. Good selection of beds and mattresses available. Salesperson took time to explain and show what was available.
