Very satisfied with the service I go in store

We were greeted with in minutes of arriving. Asked what sort of help we needed. We were asked if we wanted to try the dreams mattress selector - which was a great experience. All the staff were friendly and very patient with us - we were purchasing 2 beds so many decisions to make. We were offered cold water, opportunity to change options to fit our requirements. Our sales assistant was exceptional!! His name was Dan We were very safe in the store.

We were very happy with the experience of entering the shop, met with a friendly sales person, who explained everything, nothing rushed, and left very satisfied with all or needs fully met.

Wendy went over and above to help us make a decision on a bed, mattress and pillows. Using the dreams mattress machine and providing us with pillows (and paper to cover them) to try out each mattress it recommended as well as explaining benefits of types of ottomans and pillows too. She didn’t make us feel pressured to buy anything and it was a deightful shopping experience. We decided to go back and purchase from her even though we could’ve placed the order online.

Dan at dreams Kettering was very attentive and had excellent customer service skills. He was on call, whenever we needed assistance on both trips we made! Gave us all the details about the beds and was very proactive, looking into delivery dates and availability for the product before we even asked. Great member of staff!

Dan - who assisted us couldnt have been more helpful. Everything was talked through and explained so that we understood and also all of the ordering process. Very highly satisfied.

The Assistant in the Branch was keen to make sure we chose the right product for our needs, and shared her knowledge of mattress construction to that end. We had chosen a mattress which she could see was wrong, and she immediately went to great lengths to explain where we had made a mistake. We made the right choice with our purchase as a result of her help.
