Dreams - Kettering

Maria at the Kettering Store was outstanding. I ordered a Sleepmotion bed in October 2020 in readiness for moving to a new property, unfortunately I had untold problems with the house move resulting in changing the delivery date which Maria sorted for me up to the maximum number of redelivery dates. I then contacted Customer Services who again were extremely helpful and understanding. So 10 months from order I was ready to receive my new bed, two days previous I checked the size of the largest bedroom and it was considerably less wide than the dimension on the Estate Agents floorplan, consequently the bed would not fit. I travelled over to Kettering in a blind panic and spoke to Maria, she was again extremely helpful and cancelled original bed for a smaller on. I was able to upgrade from the 200i to the 400i and change the bedframe to a headboard which will now fit perfectly into my new home. I was so impressed with the professionalism of Maria and the other staff at Kettering who obviously put the customer first. I will certainly be buying my next bed from dreams and have already highly recommended Dreams to my family and friends.

Maria at the Kettering store greeted me. I explained what I wanted she listened and showed me various options. She put me on the sleep bed thing to see what mattress would be best for me. Then I tried several before coming to a decision. She is a very helpful & courteous member of your staff. Gave me a bottle of water too. Like a friend not the usual stuffy sales assistant.

Visited the store in Kettering. Dan was highly knowledgeable, polite and friendly and answered all questions. I wanted to purchase in store and take away and he supported us and explained what was available.
