Dan at the Kettering store was very helpful. He spent a lot of time helping us pick the right mattress. We used the thing where you lie on the bed and it tells you which mattresses are well suited to you as well, which I thought was great.

We had no idea what we wanted or needed and your colleague took us through the sleep assessment and then talked us through our options. She gave us plenty of time to think and to try and assess our choices.

We walked in unsure of what we even needed. And a store colleague called Dan was there right away pointing us in the right direction pointing out the Appropriate mattress for our needs. Overall I am very please with his friendly and approachable they all were and would definitely recommended to friends and family it came to us purchasing the right mattress so thank you

Wendy greeted myself and asked questions of what I was looking for, she then used the dreams bed software and went through all my options and prices. She adhered to covid-19 regulations and was really friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. It was a quick and simple process with great customer service, I would highly recommend the store.

The lady who helped us, Wendy, was friendly and knowledgeable but also didn’t pester us and allowed us to take our time to browse.

Darcie was knowledgeable and extremely helpful without being pushy.
