The member of staff assisting us was fantastic. He greeted us as we came into the store and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He matched us with a brilliant selection of mattresses for us to try while sticking around our budget. We were given a pillow to match our sleeping positions while trying the mattresses and we were also given a bottle of water each. Very happy with the service in-store and came away with a mattress that suited both my partner and myself. Also very pleased that our old mattress will be taken away and recycled on delivery of the new one. Very happy customers!

The bed scanning equipment was great and your sales assistant, Lisa, was very informative and helpful without being pushy or overpowering. That made for a fab shopping experience.

Lisa was the sales assistant who helped me while I was in store, she was very attentive to my needs, I had 2 visits to the store that day. On the first visit we discussed what I was looking for, Lisa took on board all my requirements giving me lots of information about the different Dream products which were available, trying out different mattresses and looking at the different styles that suited what I wanted, Lisa also informed me of possible delivery dates should I purchase. I felt relaxed and comfortable while in store, never at any point did I feel pressured into any purchase. Made arrangements for me to return later to use the in store machine to find out which mattresses would be good for me. (This was only arranged as I didn’t have time at that point). On my return Lisa greeted me on my entry into store, I had coffee, then my mattress check Lisa then let me try the ones suited to me, at no point was I felt rushed I was allowed to take my time to make the right decision

We arrived 5 minutes before the store was due to close Lisa offered to stay behind and help with our purchase Couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received

When I arrived I explained that my bed had broke and I needed a replacement. The assistant asked me what type of bed I required and if I wanted a specific colour. She then showed me a range that suited my requirements. I chose a replacement and was offered a delivery date which would coincide with my work

Lisa was very helpful and attentive, good knowledge of products. She maid the whole experience a pleasure. 10 out of 10.
