From the time we walked in we felt welcome. We were asked by Amrit if we required any help and we said we wanted to have a look around first. He suggested laying on the product to test it and were offered pillows. When we were ready the speed of completing the order was great. We were offered coffee which we took up. After completing the order and getting a date for delivery he told us to sit and take our time drinking our coffee. While sitting there I noticed your duvets so bought one of those too.

Product availability excellent. The lady that helped was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Extremely happy with everything.

All staff helpful and friendly. Dan at the kettering branch covered absolutely everything in a friendly professional manner. We used the sleep computer for our mattresses type and came away with bed, mattress, pillows and a quilt.

We were met at the door by Amrit who listened to what we liked and was able to show an alternative solution to the colour debate we were having and was happy for us to return later to the store when both bed users were present.

Knowledgeable sales assistant who took time to assess needs and offer suitable goods. No pressure and allowed plenty of time to try out products and narrow down selections.

Wendy was very attentive and really understood our needs and helped us find the correct items. She wasn't pushy with the sale and we felt like we were given all the time and space we needed to make a decision.

Great assistance from the staff, who were able to show me the exact product which I was looking for. Also, the process of ordering was quick and easy to follow. Furthermore, I was impressed with how I was shown which matrasses will give me the most support and comfort.

My mum was in hospital and needed a bed downstairs in order for her to come home. The salesman was very understanding of the situation and arranged for the right bed to be delivered as soon as possible.
