I found Lisa to be very friendly and helpful and listened carefully

I was treated with priority and the staff did a test to determine the best mattress for me on the machine. He was patient as I took while to make up my mind as the option were all too good!

Maria was extremely knowledgeable, professional , friendly and helpful. Everything was well explained. The sleep machine was interesting and very useful. We were advised and given plenty of time to make the choices we were happy with.

Lisa was amazing the knowledge and time spent going through what I needed was exactly what I needed as well as the sleep match bed it took me to the mattress I tried and it was spot on

The Store Manager and Wendy were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had to wait to place our order as there were only 2 terminals in store but we were offered hot beverages whilst we waited.
