Dreams - Kettering

We had a sales representative assist us from the start of our visit (Dan). He understood our needs and had a very good understanding of the mattresses we were trying out. He explained each one in detail as we sampled them. He helped us find the right mattress that we bought, very efficiently.

I got the service I required efficiency.

All staff were lovely, but Wendy who served me advised of what would be good for my daughter and what would be useful as she gets older. Of course my daughter couldn’t possibly want a mattress on offer and instead chose a much more expensive one, but I agree and support her choice and when we move in q1 2022 we will have the same and get our next bed from you. I also shopped here about 18 months ago for a single mattress and had fab service then too. Thanks guys!

The staff was very nice because all though I want a mattress I didn't know mattress must be bought according to you body shape and how you sleep..The staff help me to get a good mattress at affordable price and gave me other discount and advice me on the insurance which I did...she took her time explaining everything while she mantaing social distance..polite and friendly....the shop was very clean and tidy.....well done keep putting smile on our face as you give us good sleep as well.

The sales assistant, Wendy was amazing. I was very nervous, but she was helpful, friendly and understanding. She explained about the long delivery time and I fully understand the reasons for this. I was completely satisfied with the experience.

We waited a few minutes as the lady who helped us was with another customer who couldn't make their minds up so she came over too us and she was very helpful.
