As we are both young adults, we were instantly profiled as teenagers not willing to buy an item. We were refused the sleep match machine and told to come back when we were serious. The only reason we purchased was because Dreams had the best price for what we wanted. We will not recommend this store. Social distancing wasn't adhered too on the first visit. On our return the next day more procedures were followed but still not to a high standard. Overall, we felt penalised and judged on our decisions.

The assistant mumbled and was very difficult to understand, despite telling her clearly that I could not hear her, she repeated what she had said, but at the same mumbling low volume. The assistant did not explain the obligatory hidden fee of nearly £40 for delivery - and that there was no option for me to collect, so making me feel as though the prices were not clearly marked - this is a con and I am not happy about it. The assistant was not sure about your TV beds. I asked basic questions which could not be answered, thats after asking several times for a repeat as she was mumbling of course.

We ordered two beds and paid and then given no delivery date. I called two days later to try and arrange and was told that one of my beds is not in stock and will be at least 4 weeks. I would have ordered a different bed had i been aware of this. You have also taken payment with no prospect of delivery.

I was extremely unhappy the fact I had to pay £39 for delivery, when I have my own van to collect. They said you can't collect you have to pay £39 which is out of order because you have no choice but to pay it. I felt rushed through the paying process as if they just wanted the money/sale and nothing else. It didn't feel friendly at all

Our original delivery date was changed without notice due to the store person taking my mobile number down incorrectly. Apparently this amendment causes the date to change and even though it's my mobile number I have had for years the store manager was insinuating it was part our fault. Disgusting service

went in to store knowing I wanted to buy and new bed and mattress,the first girl that served me walked away from me and served someone instead. but thankfully a member of staff saw this and was quick to apologise and even give my 3 kids a box of chocolates to apologise. if it was not for his kindness and understanding I would have walked out. in the end we purchased a new bed and mattress spending well over 2.5k
