As a plus size lady I struggle to find beds to hold my weight when I explained to the member of staff about this and that I have a bad back she immediately showed me sons mattresses and a bed which I loved

Dan was friendly and very helpful. His knowledge helped us choose what we hope is the right bed for us.

Maria was excellent and really listened to the needs of our daughter and offered plenty of alternatives

Lisa, the assistant in the store was very helpful in helping me find the right bed for me, she had many very helpful suggestions and pushed me to make the right decision based on my needs, she knew everything you would expect, I was never upsold anything and she was very patient

Wendy in the Kettering branch was very helpful and friendly

Lisa was excellent. Professional, friendly and helpful. I admired the way she could multi task as she was helping me and another customer walked in. She acknowledged them and offered assistance without making me feel any less important. Her knowledge of products was excellent.
