Was highly satisfied with everything and everybody apart from having to wait a very considerable time to be served due to there only being one shop assistant available who did apologise and when free to serve us was excellent.

Wendy was fantastic and very helpful. Range of product was good - but that's why I went to the store Internet prices are not available in store Store didn't have any high or mid sleepers for kids which was the other purchase we wanted

It took close to 20 minutes before any of the three staff on the floor were available to speak to us. One colleague (the male staff member other than the one who took our order) made a conscious effort to come and ensure we were ok whilst we waited, offered a tea and coffee, etc which was great. All 3 were seemingly dealing with customers who had a lot of questions so the wait was understandable, but on a bank holiday perhaps 4 staff are required. . .

Both the double bed and single bed I wanted to purchase were out of stock also a headboard I wanted to purchase was out of stock. This led to a very time consuming visit!
