Dreams - Kettering

No one explained there was a38 pound delivery charge until I placed my order. This is not acceptable and over priced

I was satisfied which in my opinion is very good ! We have not received the mattress as yet.

To expansive even on sale hmm. Didn't felt welcome straight away ....

it took a very long time to process our order

Young girl did well but got address wrong on several occasions before finally listening to us. She also did not offer disposal service so was cross about that.

The shop was very busy and we had to wait a long time to see a member of staff. This was not the fault of the staff, we were just unfortunate that they were exceptionally busy with a large volume of customers

This particular visit was satisfactory, but a few weeks ago, we came into the store and the staff were not as helpful

The service I received was as expected, I did not require completed sales help.

It took 15 minutes of me looking at 2 beds before I was approached. Once approached though the service was excellent

Customer focus of BOTH members of staff we dealt with was reassuring and "non-pushy" - they also engaged very well with my 12-year old son (the future owner of the bed we purchased).
