Felt that at times the sales were pushy.

Good choice of headboards, assistant showed us the range, and left us undisturbed to make our choice.Good salesmanship.

Only one assistant in the store, waited 35 mins to be seen

Because when I shop, I expect the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly otherwise they are in the wrong job. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my shopping experience but nothing outstanding worthy of note. I went to the shop to buy a bed which I did. I did think the salesman called Michael was a bit miserable though. I had bought a bed from him a few years ago and said so but he was very sullen and seemed quite miserable

The delivery of 4 weeks seems a bit too long.

After spending a great deal of time choosing the right mattress for me and my wife. When we came to say yes, we'll take it. Then to be told that the one we want was not available in the size we wanted. We then had to compromise and come up with a second best choice. Being asked what size we wanted in the first place would have made things easier.

The only slight downfall with our visit was only 1 assistant in the branch, who was dealing with a customer before us, altho he made us feel welcome and said he would be with us shortly.

Price too high. Delivery date choice poor.

I think that the delivery charge and the charge for disposal are too expensive
