Friendly staff, Wendy who served us was very pleasant. Had to go off for pricing as she said products had recently changed. Overall happy

The experience was generally highly satisfactory. The mildly frustrating bit was the completion of the credit arrangements and associated paperwork. It seems to take forever. The assistant, Wendy, was excellent and very knowledgeable.

Only reason was that an amount of discount was implied if we got the pillows with the bed (both were already on offer) I was under the impression that there would be an added incentive for getting them together and this only became clear after the documents were being written up.

Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable - item is due to be delivered Saturday 8th July so fingers crossed that goes ok!
