I Work Long Hours Monday - Friday So I Can’t Be At Home To Accept Delivery So I Had To Pay An Additional £10 For Saturday Delivery, I Have Just Spent £319 On A Mattress.

The lady was helpful but we had to choose mattress while she was busy with some one else and she was only one in shop. Also I explained that we were loving house and didn’t want it to be a realised order till we had exchanged and when she had time she said that was ok at time of order after was processed she said that orders made and it can’t be changed or anything. The proposed moving date was mentioned but wasn’t till order was put though the date of delivery was advised and this means if all goes to plan on move I will be without a bed for 11 days ! And so if I had known before it wasn’t suitable I would have chosen another mattress or bed . She was friendly but feel that as she was only person in store she was rushing and was there way past opening time so I felt pressure to just sign and deal with not having a bed. But really not pleased and this would stop me using dreams again

Salesperson was keen to sell us the insurance with free mattress protector, where the use of it is a condition of the insurance, but would not allow us to have a look at the mattress protector that would be included. She stated that it would not 'rustle' but was not happy to take the product out of the packaging for us to see that for ourselves

We knew what we wanted before we went in, we felt slightly pressured to buy pocket sprung pillows costing £30 each, also to buy damage insurance ( which we declined as by this point we were totally skint) the couple next to us were being served by the manager and were given lots of free things( including pillows) when we asked if we could possibly get anything we were just told bluntly no! It's not the sales asst fault, she's probably not able to give things away, just slightly annoying sitting next to another couple who were getting things thrown at them
