Melanie was our main sales advisor who was excellent, she couldn't do enough to help us. However, there was another colleague whom we asked about emergency services discount (my partner is a police officer). We had seen displayed a notice about an armed forces discount and enquired whether the police would get the same discount as this is often the case. The colleague said 'Well that's not an armed force is it?!'. We are fully aware of that fact, but thought that response in the tone and manner that was used was unnecessary.

We were generally very happy with our experience at Dreams - the service was great and we did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase. Michael, the sales assistant was good at knowing when we wanted to be left alone to discuss options/try out different items, but also provided very helpful advice. The only thing we were slightly unhappy with is how expensive the mattress was! However we could not fault the service at all.

Having not been offered the interest free credit at time of purchase, my wife enquired about it afterward. The colleague phoned customer services but said it had to be me to go into the store, to change it. I have a very busy work schedule and I don't work locally, so I am unable to go in during the week and, I have had prior arrangements both weekends, since the purchase, so still haven't been able to go into the store. It has now been 2 weeks since the purchase and I still I don't know when I might have chance to go in, or even if the interest free credit is even an option now.

We went for a couple of mattresses and found an employee just inside the door also the mattresses so we didn't spend too much time in there.

When processing the application for finance (which was approved when completed on the phone), your system kept producing an error code asking for the 'Admin Fee of 0.00' to be entered. Despite 3 attempts, there was no box to add this fee. This lead to our attempt at placing the order taking almost an hour.

I was highly satisfied withth the assistance provided by Wendy at the Kettering branch I would not be able to say highly satisfied as I have not shipped for a bed previously and therefore have no comparison to make!
