Went to the KETTERING store at about 7pm and had to wait quite a while as only one staff member was on duty however once Michael was available he was very efficient and friendly

My opinion waited for awhile to get on a computer to do our order. Free delivery only when it was available to your terms we work during the week had to pay for mornings or afternoon ended up PAYING FOR SATURDAY delivery just spent over £700 and then had to pay for delivery don't you realise most people work WEEKDAYS

We walked in the store and was greeted almost immediately and asked if we need help, the assistant listened to my requirements, i have back problems, he pointed out the mattresses he thought would suit me and importantly to me explained why. he then backed off and allowed us to spend time trying out the mattresses and when we were ready took our order offering us a cuppa whilst we sorted the paperwork. I cant fault the service and expertise we receieved

Michael was fantastic but he was alone working in the store (and there were quite a few people in ) so it was difficult for him to divide himself between everyone. I think he did a fantastic job -it’s his Irish charm helping to get the sales I reckon 😉

I am not sure that the sales rep showed me all the relevant products, and I'm sure he showed me only the most expensive ones, and did not give me less expensive options. He also did not give me a copy of my credit agreement.

The Store had an issue with the IT and we had a longer than usual wait to pay for items, this was a system issue not Melanie fault
