The service was excellent - the only problem was the machine which tests which mattress you need didn't work to begin with - so we felt we weren't sure what we needed. Worked in the end.

The silent night mattresses were in a sale but that didn’t include the super king. Sale signs need to be specific and clear.

After leaving the store my partner and I are unsure if the money we spent will be warrentied with the quality of the product. Although I am confident the customer service and after care will be good the outlay was very expensive.
