difficult to understand why beds laid out in a specific order - price ? manufacturer ? Firm/Soft ?

The credit check took almost an hour to go through however this wasn’t the fault of the customer advisor

The service was excellent - the only problem was the machine which tests which mattress you need didn't work to begin with - so we felt we weren't sure what we needed. Worked in the end.

The silent night mattresses were in a sale but that didn’t include the super king. Sale signs need to be specific and clear.

I brought two beds and a king size mattress the sales assistant would not give me any discount! Or throw in a new quilt

It alright if you got money to get right items you looking to buy other wise you would buy in your budget

The store advisors had extremely bad body odour.

After leaving the store my partner and I are unsure if the money we spent will be warrentied with the quality of the product. Although I am confident the customer service and after care will be good the outlay was very expensive.
