Reliable employees, great bed & pillow selection (try and get the "Purple" brand in store sometime too!), ease of delivery/service, and a fair price overall!

Lisa the store assistant was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I was made to feel very welcome and even offered refreshments by the staff. I was extremely pleased that I was able to have delivery of my bed before Christmas as I am moving into my new property so was able to choose the day of delivery around this.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because I was looking for a bed for me and my partner as we are getting our first home together this week and I could not find the right bed to get there was a lovely lady that helped me called Lisa and I can not thank you enough for your hard work and did helping us choose the right bed and mattress.

All the assistance and even the manager was very kind We asked questions which were answered, they were very patient with us as well and I also had a toddler who needed the toilet so bad and they let us use their which was beyond what they had to The assistance Dan made sure we did not loose out on any of the offers as well and even spoke to his colleagues if unsure which is very reassuring that he wanted to provide us with a high standard of customer service Bless them all

I do not like buying large and expensive household items as usually firms don't have what I want or the item costs a lot more than I intended paying. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my outing to your Kettering store. Everything went extremely well.

Sales assistant was knowledgeable and took me to the products that suited my search and budget, polite and not in your face.

Nothing was any trouble and all the team were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Vivek who was excellent and very professional.
