On our first visit to the store the manager, was very rude to my nephew and his partner who also enquired about products. It was frankly unnecessary, however staff I placed my order with were pleasant and friendly. Their experience dampened my experience. I also found my the bed I ordered was cheaper 24 hours later- very disappointing

They were only two computers. So we had to wait to place are order.

All round great service in store and online.

Felt the sales person was a bit pushy. Did the sleep calculator bed thing and tried some mattress's it recommended and my other half didnt like one saying it was too hard and was basicaly told he was wrong and science was right

I had to purchase another mattress after purchasing a complete new besser but given incorrect information on the mattress sold.

Charged for delivery even though it said on Web site "free delivery".

i shall only be highly satisfied when i experience the proof of the product.

Overall, my experience was very satisfying. The only drawback was the ability to offer further incentives/discounts/deals when considering to buy other essential items. We tested fantastic mattresses with expensive pillows and advised to buy a specific mattress protector with our chosen mattress in order to make it last whilst continuing to cool (the primary selling point of the mattress). Spending addition money, on top of the £719 mattress was not doable. Although I firmly believe Mandy would have been willing to compromise to make a more appealing deal to us, we were told that it simply wasn't possible through the system. If there was slightly more flex then we'd have probably purchased more items. Other than that very happy. Assuming there are no issues with mattress in the near future.

It was perfect, no problems at all
