Wendy who served us seemed a little stressed/harassed perhaps by the sudden flurry of people into the store, and there only seemed to be Wendy and one other team member.

Initially the store manager in the Kettering branch approached us to ask if we needed assistance. We asked if a finance option was available to which he confirmed it was. We were not made aware of the ‘buy now, pay later’ option which we would have been very interested in if the store manager had made us aware of all the options. It wasn’t until we were sat down with a different colleague to process our order (Dan was his name and he was extremely professional). That my partner noticed the POS on the wall behind stating that but now pay in 9 months was also an option to which the staff member gave us full information and proceeded to complete my order using this option. We almost walked away from the sale initially and I was disappointed that the store manager wasn’t more forthcoming with the services that you offer in the first instance when we enquired. Thankfully our experience was very positive with the staff member who processed our order in the end.
