Dreams - Kettering

The finance application took so much time my husband had to leave me behind and rush out for work and I ended up walking home carrying 4 heavy pillows because I was left behind to conclude the finance process. The customer service was OK but the mattresses are not cheap at all.

Just satisfied - nothing stood out for highly satisfied, just good, general service

Lack of hand sanitiser when we came in. Some staff didn’t social distance properly

We unfortunately visited at a busy time which isn’t a reference on the store. The greeter was lovely but new - slightly more directive would be fine (don’t feel anxious about directing us to do things) the store manager was very knowledgeable but could have done with trusting staff more; although some had been there less than a week, he didn’t need to do all elements of sales, they’re there and know what they’re doing - trust them more & allow them to do their jobs
