Ease of purchase and knowledgeable staff

We wanted to see a certain bed frame which unfortunately was not in the store to view.

I got a mattress and the service was very good. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a base I wanted

Confusing layout, some areas were packed in tightly while other areas were just empty space

1) nobody finds buying a mattress 'highly satisfying. 2) the closest delivery date was 6 weeks away.

Lisa was brilliant, thank you, all hail Lisa but both pillows were not as hoped for , nor one as tried-- our fear is the same may be true of the very expensive bed we've bought

There was too much upselling during the ordering process, and the delivery time was over a month. Although we liked the product, we felt the cost was very high, especially the headboard.

Satisfied with service thank you. Unable to comment about product if satisfied or not satisfied as not yet received. Awaiting bed delivery as planned .

I would have liked to have seen more soft mattresses as most seemed to be firm. The prices were very high on a lot of products too.
