We were not hassled by your people but they we're very helpful when we approached them

The two gentlemen in the store could not do enough for us. They were friendly and very helpful.

Although we got a good deal on the bed we ordered, some beds were priced very highly and the cost of delivery for a specified time in the day was expensive.

I believe the facility itself could have been slightly more lavish to raise the price of mattresses x

Too many staff asking if we wanted help as we walked into shop didn’t have a chance to look first

Very happy with the service we was given wasn’t rushed sales assistant very helpful delivery date is within a wk so very happy

Although assistant was great we ended up spending more than we would have hoped to.

It was super quick and easy. I had seen what I wanted in a tv advert. Went into store tried the mattress out and discussed with a store assistant then went back and purchased later in the day.

Disagree with separate order for pillows and mattress protector with no delivery date Makes it difficult to except order, would have been easier to be able to take it away
