Dreams - Kettering

We felt very comfortable during our visit, no pushy sales pitches or hassle when we first came in. We were given time to look around in our own time and then offered help and advice when required. We were served by Wendy who was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. First class experience and service. Would definitely recommende

I found the staff extremely courteous - I was feeling a little unwell on my visit and they were quick to offer 'a cup of tea or coffee' to ease matters, which it did. Their attention to assistance with product knowledge and all other aspects of Dream's merchandise was second to none, and it greatly assisted me in selecting quite a good deal of bedroom furniture to suit my needs and at a gtreat price!!

We were helped by Michael (Kettering store), who we found very personable. He made us a cup of very nice coffee, and was very patient while my wife tried all the mattresses SEVERAL TIMES!! He didn't try on any "rep speak" but talked on our level (Human). We placed order and left the store very happy!

Not pressurerd into buying anything, really advisable. Also don't try and sell you most expensive.

We found the bed and mattress we wanted and the staff were very helpful event gave a drink as it was a warm day very helpful

We went to a few bed shops and the assistants basically stayed behind there counters (not interested) we were about to give up then I remembered there was a dreams store in Kettering so we just went to look but the assistants were all smiles when we went in and Wendy asked all the right questions for our needs took us straight to the beds that were right for us helped us choose the right base and headboard thay were so friendly it took the stress out of shopping when our new bed is delivered we will go back to buy our bedding can't wait

The Sales man Michael was very knowledgable about the different types of products and mattresses. I was informed about the different price ranges but there was no pressure to buy the most expensive products. The atmosphere in kettering is relaxed and friendly.
