The shop assistant (either Marie or Maria) was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable on all products and listened to every single one of my needs. She was very kind and helpful from start to finish and was very pleased with her excellent customer service. The store was very clean and well organised and very well spaced. There were plenty of hand sanitiser available and all measures were takin to protect against Covid. Overall I was very pleased and highly recommend Dreams to anyone

Hi, We were greeted by Dan & he made looking for a bed & matress so much easier than we have ever experienced before, mainly due to the matress computer analyser machine ~ which was a really positive way of working out which matress suited us both individually. I have already talked about it with friends & recommended Dreams.
