Friendly and knowledgeable staff member (Wendy I think)

the store assistant was brilliant,very helpful but not pushy

The moment I walked into the shop the sales person was willing to give me his undivided attention. I explain my requirements, due to my disabilities and illnesses and he had alot of empathy for me. He went through the different mattresses available and what they provide, then he went on to explain that I needed to try then to find which one suited me best. Once we found which one was best he then went on to help me find the one which was in my price range and find the best payment plan. I was offered refreshments and comfortable seating. The salesmen even locked away my handbag while I was trying the mattresses out so that I did not have to keep carrying it around. Overall I found that the service given was amazing and the range in the shop was really good, there was so much to choose from. The salesman's knowledge of everything was brilliant from the mattresses and all of the pillows also.

The salesmen were not too pushy but gave us the space to make our own decision, and then answered our questions fully at the appropriate time. They were friendly, helpful and relaxed.

Staff had really good product knowledge, were really friendly and had plenty of patience with us while we were making our choice.

The service we received was 1st class they made my wife and I very comfortable they even got my children involved, this helped the process when selecting the right product as we didn't have 2 board children. It didn't matter what I asked the staff they accomidated us in every way possible even to the point of bring 2 mattresses next to each other so we didn't have to walk from one sid of the shop to another. This was a very pleasurable experience which always helped even my eldest son (7 years old) said he couldn't wait to get his new mattress. Although we paid for standard delivery The dates and times were not convenient for us so they even upgraded it so we could have a weekend delivery.

The lady that served me had great product knowledge in ref to the tempur range, was highly understanding about why it was needed and was very reassuring in ref to the price of the mattress, not only with your comfort guarantee but also the fact that i could cover the mattress with the one of payment for the ten year guarantee which i took. She very very friendly and gave me 100% of her time and effort while serving me. I would highly recommend not only your company but Wendy the lady that served me from the Kettering branch. I am also sure that if something was to go wrong with mattress she would have it sorted out quickly and efficiently, I have no doubt in her customer service and complaint service if the worse was to happen.

The assistant and care taken by her nothing was too much trouble the range and quality of the products and the ease with which my purchase was finalised.
