Salesperson Wendy was very polite, cheerful, and very welcoming and helpful. Time was readily given to us to ensure we chose the correct bed and at no point did i feel rushed or pressured. Drinks were also offered whilst we relaxed on a adjustable bed, discussusing pros and cons and various options and services available. I had the opportunity to try different types of mattresses to ensure i chose the most comfortable one i could find.

We were dealt with by Wendy, she was extremely helpful,knowledgeable and friendly, and at no time did we feel pressurized, which is a real breath of fresh air. We made our purchase of a new mattress and quilt cover, the ordering process was swift and painless. Wendy really is a credit to your company and was a pleasure to deal with.

Wendy was very friendly, knew her stuff about the range of products on offer and was overall excellent in dealing with the questions. She made us a cup of tea which was very welcome and made sure that we where completely at ease with the purchase

The staff have got the customer needs just right. Nobody wants a salesperson to be hovering over them when choosing a product, but also they want a salesperson to be available when needed. Wendy at the Kettering store was very knowledgeable and most helpful in answering our questions. We would definitely return to that store.

On arrival we were made very welcome by the sales person , Wendy, whose assistance , knowledge and friendliness was paramount in helping us to make a decision on our purchase of our new mattress. it was a refreshing change to have the offer of a drink and a biscuit made to us which was accepted and was very welcome. The sales assistant was knowledgeable of the products and happy to answer questions. He was very helpful without being to over-pushy on the potential sale. He listened carefully to what was said and responded accordingly. I even got a cup of tea.
