Michael the sales assistant was most helpful, gave us all the time we needed to make our selection and answered all our question. We were encouraged to try out beds & mattresses and even pillows & the advice that was given was invaluable in helping us make our decisions. We weren't rushed and made to feel our decision was very important, which of course it was. We are looking forward to our new bed being delivered!

The staff (Wendy) was very attentive to my need was and listened to what I wanted and my price range. She found me two beds and one of them was perfect, got the order through quick too.

The sales guy (Micheal @ Kettering branch) was so helpful and explained everything we needed to know from all bed information too prices. Even offered us a tea or coffee which was nice touch. Very clean store too. 5* all round but all praise to Micheal.

I was looking for an adjustable bed but unsure of the mattress I wanted. WENDY the lady who was helping us, encouraged me to try all the different mattresses available with the cloud pillow that I also use at home. There was no rush for us and she gave us plenty of time to try the beds to ensure we got what we wanted, she also offered us drinks and made us feel very welcome. Once I had found the bed perfect for me, I spent a good 10 minutes on it just to make sure it remained comfortable along with my husband and that was fine, she just gave us space to adjust the bed, chill, and decide if that was the one to buy. no pressure. I did buy it because it was so comfortable plus with my disability I could claim VAT Exempt.
