As soon as walked into the store, I was politely asked if I needed help. Wendy was very presentable and spoke softly. It really helped me to relax and put me in a comfortable frame of mind. Perfect for shopping for mattresses. She offered me a drink. She was very knowledgeable about the products and did not mind my indecisiveness, as I felt a bit scared of spending a large amount of money on something that may not be what I am looking for long term. It is one thing laying down for a moment and another sleeping on it for hours. She quickly picked up on it and informed me of the exchange scheme, Dreams offer. It remains to be seen if the mattress I purchased is as good. I will have to wait and see but Wendy fits your brand perfectly. So if I am shopping for beds in the future I will go to Kettering to see Wendy again

Was able to find the product we wanted quickly and the assistant (Michael) had a lot of knowledge and showed us the differences between the bedframes we were looking at. We opted for delivery and was able to find a date that suited us with ease and the product was on sale at a bargain price.

The assistant who dealt with us was very knowledgeable about the product. She was very friendly and attentive. Provided us with tea, coffee water during the visit. The price of the product (bed frame)was very affordable and a good range of mattresses to choose from.

We were given as much time as we needed to find the right mattress for us. Given pillows to test and shown each of the Tempur mattresses available. The staff members were friendly, offered us drinks and sweets to enhance our visit. Everything was explained fully and we were left very happy with the service we had been provided with.

We visited to purchase a bed, but due to the helpfulness of Wendy we not only managed to find a bed that was exactly to our requirements, we also were able to upgrade a mattress to a more comfortable one than the one in our guest room. We also discovered a range of bedroom furniture that we liked, which was similar to another we had found at a different furnishers, but with a slightly better price and a faster delivery time.

Great customer service from the dream colleague. Wendy was great knew everything to do with beds. Would recommend her in a heart beat. If she doesn't get some praise from someone higher up it would be a shame. If any of my friends or family need a bed I will just recommend her. Every question she knew and her knowledge of the products were great. Was our first bed and she went through it step by step and even got a tea.
