Friendly staff not pushy, went a long way to make sure my wife and I were satisfied, we tried three adjustable beds before selecting the most expensive, we thought it gave a more comfortable trial.

The staff were very helpful and even made us a cup of tea whilst deciding which mattress to choose.

Wendy the assistant in store was excellent and gave us very good advise was very kind and professional. The mattress we purchased it excellent quality and the cost of protecting the mattress for 8 years was extremely reasonable.

The lady who served us was called Wendy. We had met her on a previous visit whilst looking for this particular bed and she was very friendly and helpful. We returned to purchase this bed because we remembered her helpfulness .

Brilliant service as soon as I entered the store. Very attentive and product knowledge was great. Had been to a competitor store twice and left as they were not helpful.

The assistance could not of done more for me I have special needs and disabilities and he was so helpful,not at all pushy.
