Wendy seemed very knowledgealbe and she was very helpful

Very friendly staff member who took a lot of time to understand our needs and budget. Had practical insights into our circumstances, for example problems with getting the bed up the spiral stairs in our house. Was also very upfront about insurance and other products and we felt under no pressure to buy that which we didn't feel we needed.

From the moment I stepped into the store, I was dealt with courtesy and respect by the assistant Darren. He was not only knowledgeable, but listened to and understood exactly what I was after.

The staff were knowledgable and helpful. Products on offer met our needs.

The sales assistant Michael was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. His professionalism stood out. Albeit I thought the items were slightly excessive in price he was able to reassure me of the quality of the product and good after sales service. Michael at your Kettering store is definitely an asset to Dreams and I will be returning when I've saved enough for my replacement double bed and mattress.

Wendy was very helpful from the moment we explained we were looking for a new mattress. She talked us through the different beds and helped us in picking one that suited us. Even better she was amazing in helping us select new pillows and a mattress for our daughter. Very happy with her assistance
