Just brilliant overall service

The guy greeted me when I arrived, offered a coffee, showed me a variety of products, explained the difference between matressess, showed me how the ottoman base works, gave me time to try beds, and think about what I wanted. When going through the paper work, he was clear about the process, what would happen at delivery, taking items away providing bag and bed would be built/made there etc Showered and offered various products for bed, duvet, pillows etc. It was a pleasant shop, thank you!

Wendy at Kettering was absolutely lovely, how she managed to get a sale out of my husband I do not know! (not an easy task that one, I know... I have been trying for 25yrs lol), she was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the ranges.

The assistant was knowledgable and helpful and made us a cup of tea!

On October 14th 2015 my mum and I visit the Kettering branch during a break in between appointments at the local general hospital. We had only planned to pop into the branch to have a look at the prices but were so impressed with the customer service, knowledge and price that we returned later that evening with my boyfriend and made a purchase.

The assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all our questions efficiently and in a polite but not patronising way.

The lady who helped us, i believe her name was Wendy, was very helpful and her service is what swayed us towards placing our order. She is a credit to your Kettering branch and company. We felt she was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We were pleased with the amount of choice and although the bed was a little bit more than we intended to pay we are happy with our purchase.
