The assistant at your Kettering branch, Wendy Firth was extremely friendly and very personable and answered all the questions we had about the TV bed, leading to our later return to the shop and specifically Wendy, to purchase the bed.

Very pleased with the help we had from Wendy. We knew what we were looking for and she showed us all the options. Not sure £39 delivery is good value though.

This was a small order, following a major order in the summer - always great attention the minute you walk into store - great product knowledge and very amenable staff - could not be better

We went to the shop, just to have a look on mattresses... We did not have any cash available, but store manager sorted it out for us, and made sure we didn't have to pay any deposit. The only problem was, slow system, and all details had to be put twice which took quite a long time during credit check. All staff in shop were really helpful, polite and really nice for us.
