Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. The sleep motion assessment was good to guide us to buying the right mattress for our needs. The range of product available on shop floor to test was better than anywhere else. We went for a mattress we would not have looked at elsewhere and felt best for us.

Wendy was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She wasn’t pushy which was great.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a new mattress and we were greeted by a lovely lady named Maria she was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny and not at all pushy. She helped me find the right mattress for my body and sleep type (if that’s the right words. Probably not) she also answered every query I had and was very patient whilst I tried to decide which mattress was better for me. I would definitely buy from her and recommend again

Was met with a friendly lady who put us on the computer bed. She explained everything to us. We were then handed over to another nice lady who showed us the different matrices and explained all the differences to us.

we were shown the analysis of our experience on you bed machine, by a very helpful lady then handed over to Vivek, who was very knowledgeable and supportive and talked us through the buying process, all round quality experience.

Speedy, efficient service

It was busy, but we were still tended to in a timely manner. We used the bed that recommends mattresses, but the sales team listened to our preferences after trying several options, before we found something we liked...not on the recommendations.

Lisa was very attentive and very understood my needs she showed great knowledge of the products and we didn’t feel rushed at any point. Lisa could see the issues that I have getting in and out of bed as I have multiple sclerosis and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any time We will definitely recommend the store to friends and family and we can’t wait for our ne bed to arrive

We extremely pleased with the service given by Wendy and she is a credit to your company. Choosing a bed is easy but choosing the right one can be difficult but Wendy was able to offer a selection of beds to try thst would suit our needs and we eventually ordered one from her that same day. It was very refreshing dealing with someone that was not only friendy(and clearly enjoys her job) but was very knowledgeable about the products on offer
