wendy, who served us was very helpful and not at all pushy. Toilets were available and clean.

The sales operative listened carefully to our requirements and explained the product options. She was informative and knowledgeable without being pushy or putting on pressure. She was pleasant and polite.

Very friendly staff. Not overbearing but helpful when needed. Good advice given and easy to identify products. Pleasant transaction.

Wendy was very efficient at explaining the products to us also the availability of insurance and she remain friendly while my husband gave her plenty of banter concerning delivery charges.

From the moment we walked in the store we were offered assistance. The lady was very knowledgable and helpful. She not only told us about the type of beds and mattresses but also the various pillows you can get. We were also offered a cup of freshly made coffee. A very pleasant experience and would definitely return in future. Well done the staff at Dreams Kettering and thank-you.
