Dreams - Kettering

The person I spoke to whom worked at the Kettering store was so friendly and helpful. He was able to assist with everything and was not at all pushy.

The assistant, Wendy, who helped me was knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. She gave me time and space as well as facts. Made the experience a good and pleasant one

Everyone was friendly and Wendy and her manager were extremely honest and helpful when advising on certain products. No one at this dreams store was pushy or arrogant which is sometimes the biggest problem with sales as can put you off so extremely happy that they were their to help.

We were made very welcome and offered a coffee whilst making our purchases overall a very pleasant experience .

The sales assistant allowed us to browse at leisure, at no time did we feel pressured. His product knowledge was very helpful and as a result of his knowledge we were able to choose the right bed for us.

Michael Egan found us and offered us help. He was not pushy in any way but too the time to understand what we were looking for and offered us appropriate suggestions. He made us feel comfortable trying out the mattresses and suggested that we should try to lay on them as we would at home. He also offered us some pillows to try that would compliment the mattress well....which they did, so we had to buy them too! I don't recall him 'selling to us' but we were very happy to proceed with an order and arrange delivery at the earliest convenient date. We have used this store many times, have recommended it to friends and family and were delighted that they could help us again this time.

Friendly and helpful sales person. Store is very well organised by colour coding. This was not the case elsewhere.

Staff were very helpful from the start of our visit and listened to what we wanted and showed us various options.
