Wendy provided us with excellent customer service. She listened to what we needed and instantly knew the product for us. With her help we had everything we needed, for a great price, within ten minutes of walking through the door.

I chose a mattress, the assistant was working out the 20% off price when the manager told us that there was 2 of that mattress coming in on a delivery,which were over stock, and I could have 1 of those with another 30% off. So I waited and was given tea and biscuits. Very pleased with the purchases. The assistant told me about the cool pillows,which I didn't know about.

we had very good service . salesman was very helpful explaining all mattress the colour coding . invited to try mattress by laying on them . sales person was not pushy gave us time to browse . and encouraged us to try as many of the beds till we where sure we had the right one. explained the process of buying our bed and mattress.

I new what I wanted before I went to the store in Kettering as I already have a bedhead the same. So it was really only a case of how soon I could be seen by a slaes person so I could place the order. All of that went well thanks you

sales person was friendly without being overpowering - provided information but left us to browse without imposing offer of a drink was nice touch other staff in store also appeared pleasant

Very helpful and the sales lady understood what we wanted in our purchase for a new bed

I went to the store so I could get advice to which was the best option for my requirements the assistant Wendy and the store manger could not be more helpful. They both gave me confident sound advice . They was polite, friendly with a good knowledge of the goods in the shop. Thank you for your help.
