Dreams - Kettering

I was restricted by time and i walked in, chose the bed i wanted and get help from the assistant regarding mattress, and got it paid for all within 20 mins, which worked out great for me.

The Sales person (man) was very helpful and provided me with options/choices so that I could decide with greater knowledge. He allow me time on my own to make my decision so there was no pressure and whilst I was in the process of deciding if there were any further queries or need for clarification he was really available.

Was quick. Showed different products. Friendly staff. Asked about my needs in what I wanted.

The Sales Assistant was very helpful without being overly 'pushy'. Once I explained what I wanted he showed me several options which fitted the bill and advised me on the best one for my requirements. He couldn't have been more helpful. First Class Service.

The member of staff Wendy in the Kettering branch greeted us at the door and offered tea and coffee whilst we browse and then assisted us with our purchase. Could not of asked for a nicer experience. The most help I've had in a store ever!!!!! Top and friendly service. Highly recommend

good knowledge of product staff excellent .the only letdown was the high cost of delivery and disposal could be very damaging to your reputation as this could cause loss of custom

As soon as I walked into the store the Assistant welcomed me and asked my needs. He showed me several types of mattress, which I was looking for, gave me an opportunity to try for comfort. The purchase was then dealt with quickly and with a very cheerful chat with the Assistant who even offered a cup of welcome coffee. All in all, a very pleasing experience to shop there.

I found Michael the gentleman I dealt with in Dreams Kettering to be very helpful and informative. Overall very satisfied with service and time taken to assist me. Thanks again.
