Product knowledge and friendly approach of the sales-person was appreciated.

Our assistant Wendy was very helpful. She stayed after the shop had closed and had lots of time for us even though it was past closing time. She gave us good advice on the bed and what would happen with each stage of the delivery process. She was friendly and made us feel very welcome in the shop.

Very pleased with the reception we received and Wendy who dealt with us knew the products well, listened to our needs and set up a demonstration so as we could assure ourselves that the side lifting option would work in the situation we have at home. Overall an extremely pleasant experience when purchasing such an important item, Very pleased all round and as long as the delivery goes well then we will be extremely pleased to deal with Dreams in the future.

The salesman, Michael Egan, took time to understand our needs and offered advice without being at all pushy. He obviously had a thorough knowledge of beds which inspired confidence that we were making the right choice.

Had done some research on the internet before visiting the store. Was prepared to have to visit a few shops to find a bed for my 10 year old daughter who had specific ideas of the bed she wanted, Dreams was the first place to visit and because of the choice and assistance from the staff we came away satisfied customers.

Wendy was very helpful and answered all of our questions. She understood what we were looking for in a new mattress and showed us many options but she was not pushy trying to sell.
