No pressure from sales assistant. Assistant very knowledgable and helpful, allowed me time on my own to try out the beds. Gave me a cup of tea! All in all a very pleasant experience.

The team were very knowledgable, not pushy at all just talked us through all the options and the gentleman that served us knew he stuff, he recommended the exact bed, mattress and pillows for us!! Very happy with the service, and would go back to the store again!

We found the member of staff very helpful, but not to pushy.

We were given all the advice we needed. Michael Egan was brilliant at find in a balance between giving advice and giving us time to test out the beds ourselves. Perfect!

My husband and I both felt strongly after a visit to the showroom on Saturday that we would return on Sunday but only make the purchase if Wendy was available to serve us! Our salesperson (Michael Egan, ME19) was extremely helpful and efficient in helping us place our order, and we were able to book delivery of the bed and mattress that we wanted on the day that we wanted.

Friendly service, no nonsense approach good sense of humour too! I knew what I was looking for which made the visit easier....
