Dreams - Kettering

The visit wasn't rushed. The staff took time to walk us through the choices and even made us some tea whilst we talked through the choices. We ordered a Tempur mattress, and later retuned to order two further double beds and mattresses.

whilst looking around the store personal (micheal) was very good at showing the good and the very good products on sale and came away very sattified

When I entered the showroom I was greeted in a very friendly manner which puts you at ease straight away. After a short discussion I was shown the bed I thought I wanted but within minutes I was given a better choice which pleased me. A few more words were exchanged and the mattress that suited me was then shown to me but to makke sure other alternatives were seen, they only indicated that I had been shown the correct one to start with. Thank you.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgable and helped me with my mother being in a wheelchair, I had to ask to use their disabled toilets they were spotlessly clean. It was the first time I have used their services and certainly will be using them again.

Extremely helpful staff member called Michael. Listened to what i needed and explained everything very clearly. Didn't feel pressured into buying anything if I didn't want to. The store was nice and bright and didn't feel uncomfortable trying out beds. All the types of products were explained well and it was clear Michael knew what he was talking about. Thank you very much.

From the time we entered the very well displayed, clean, airy store (Northfield Avenue, Kettering) we were greeted and provided with professional, curteous and helpful assistance by store assistant Michael, whose friendly and knowledgable advice and guidance was second to none. We ordered a headboard and the ordering process could not have been more straightforward with Michael providing clear and precise details of the delivery process. Thank you Michael and Dreams. We will certainly be both using in future and recommending Dreams to friends and family.

Sales lady Wendy was more than helpful and took time explaining about delivery dates/times she made shopping in the store pleasant experience and focuses on my needs/requirements
