Customer service was excellent and quality of goods were great. I needed an ottoman based bed and these are hard to find especially as I do not like the slatted ones. They may be cheaper but you get what you pay for. My Dad always said " buy cheap, pay twice". As I have spinal problems and Arthritis I need excellent quality. As I have limited income, I have to save up for it as I do not like credit options. Thankyou

Wendy was extremely helpful and sympathetic about my tale of woe about Bensons for beds! Very patient whilst I deliberated between my final 2 choices and very clear about all aspects of the sale. Also helped me choose new pillows and bedding to make my purchase complete. 10 out of 10

The sales assistant Micheal Egan was very helpful and was very good when we told him what we were looking. He showed us a good range of products for are needs and then sat us down to go threw the ordering process. As we had two young boys with us the other members of staff went out there way to keep them entertained.
