I have shopped in your store before searching for pillows & as then,the sales assistant was efficient, friendly, knowledgible & eager for me to "try before you buy" - all in all a satisfactory experience.

The shop assistant Darren was extremely helpful and knew a lot about the different types of mattresses. He asked questions to find out what my preferences were and how I tend to sleep etc. Very easy - I wouldn't have known where to start with buying a mattress!

Quick, easy, knowledge staff

Knew his stuff, was very efficient and allowed us to have our space to look through the store so we were comfortable to approach him several times with questions.

We got exactly what we needed and Wendy was friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble.

From when we first arrived in the showroom, the gentleman was very friendly without being pushy. We were left to browse, but he was on hand if we wanted any further help. When we asked, he answered our questions, demonstrated a couple of features with the beds that we were interested in and we later placed an order. We were very pleased with the overall service and look forward to receiving our bed.

I purchased a bed from Dreams about a year ago and recently I was considering replacing another one. I'd considered other stores and although their prices were cheaper, the service from the staff and quality of the product made me choose Dreams again!
