Dreams - Kettering

Wendy was full of product knowledge and the product we had been looking at was reduced by two hundred pounds the day we went unto store. So that was a bonus

We have used Dreams before and have been served by the same Dreams colleague on all three occasions. He is approachable and has excellent product knowledge. The store is accessible and, on the whole, well stocked. Time was of the essence in our most recent purchase. We were able to complete the order on the Saturday and were offered a delivery for the following Tuesday which we were very happy with.

Found what we were looking for more or less straight away

Went and brought mattress with gell filling and also brought a Tempa cloud pillow, so far service has been very good.

The assistant helped as soon as we walked in the door, very polite and also offered a drink, all very quick and easy

the customer service was perfect - we were not "pounced" on as soon as we walked in but nicely greeted with a polite offer of help. Wendy had excellent knowledge and we quickly found what we wanted and what suited our needs with her help.

I was served originally by Darren who explained the different types of mattresses and also by Michael. Both had knowledge of the products, were not pushy and listened to my needs. There was no rush and they were happy for me to take my time.
