Dreams - Kettering

We went in the store found what we where looking for,ordered the items and left no problem delivery in 8 weeks great.

Sir, My wife is disabled with numerous issues including Arthritis of the spine and was unsure what type of bed she required: currently she finds it difficult to sleep. The Shop assistant was was very patient and helpful in supporting my wife decide what suited her best. He also explained in detail the guarantee of replacement if when she got the bed home it proved to be unsuitable. We also purchased special pillows to assist my wife and the base with suitable draw space for my wife's needs, and your guarantee.

I asked question after question and never felt that i was getting on his nerves like in other stores. had good sense of humor that he needed because i had 4 &5 year old grandchildren in tow. Left us to talk privately when we wanted to and was never pushy which makes me walk out of other stores in the past.

I was shopping for two new beds and mattresses for myself and other for my mother. Dreams was the first store we visited and spent the best part of an hour laying on all the different mattresses. I'm like and kid in a candy store when it comes to decision making :) the assistant there "Wendy" was very kind and polite and offered us refreshments numerous times. We left to visit a couple other stores in town that sold mattresses but eventually returned to Dreams as the selection and prices were better at Dreams. Still undecided I spent what must have been another hour or so trying out all the different mattresses types and their varying firmness's. Again Wendy was very welcoming and most of all patient with my decision making difficulties. Once my mind was set she processed our order and fully explain our options regarding protection cover etc. Overall our visit was completely satisfactory and are very appreciative of Wendy's patience.

We visited the Kettering branch and were served by Michael Egan he was very helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with. We went to look around and then we back a couple of days later to see Michael to place the order. We had our children with us when we went to place our order and he chatted to them as well as us trying to minimize the boredom for them which I found very nice as a lot of sales people will just concentrate on the sale and not bother to chat with the children and they can get bored just sitting waiting. I would definitely go back to Michael to order more furniture if the need arises without a doubt. He is a credit to dreams.

My husband had a stroke and walks very slowly, with a stick. Michael the salesman walked,to greet us and asked if he could help at all. I said we needed a new mattress. He was very accommodating and explained all about the different construction of the mattresses. He couldn't have been more helpful.

Wendy was excellant . We both have skeletal problems and she understood completely and spentvtimexwiyhbus and ensured we came away with an order for the best mattress for us.
