Staff were polite and friendly but not pushy We were allowed to browse and make a decision in our own time.There was a good selection of beds at competitive prices and the delivery date was very acceptable

Wendy ( your member of staff )was welcoming, friendly and professional.... She was spot on, worked out our perfect mattress quite literally in seconds, she was great !! Warm and professional - she was the perfect sales lady!! I'm really put off by people trying to make 'a sale' and Wendy was just lovely!!! Put no pressure on us and gave us space to make the right choice ;) Thank you Wendy !!

The guy seemed decent willing to help offered drinks made me feel welcome at the store didnt look down but made me feel confortable with the purchase even tho as business man i felt a little pressured in accepting purchase of the item but was happy afterwards as i understood that i would have a good night sleep whilest in my deams at home in m6 brand new bed
