Wow. Couldn't believe such friendly knowledgeable staff still existed. Really helpful with their advice and discussing our requirements. We always thought we needed an orthopaedic bed for our back problems and now realise these have been exacerbated by a hard mattress. The advice re the spring coil pillows was excellent.

Very friendly service from the gentleman who served me, he offered to help me take the product to the car even though he was busy he still made sure I felt welcome.

Was greeted by a smiling Wendy who welcomed us to the shop and asked us if we required any help having been given the answer 'we are browsing at the moment' she left us to do just that which was great, no heavy sales talk. When we required assistance Wendy was there to help with advice and was very knowledgeable about the products in the store.Service was quick and efficient once we had decided what we were purchasing, so thank you Wendy for a good experience, we will be back.

The member of staff's knowledge was impressive, and after a short conversation about both my wife and I needs, he came up with several solutions for us, never pushing us to the most expensive, always explaining what would suit us both. Combined with the fact that whilst in the store we had his undivided attention, and even free bottled water whilst in the store on a hot day made the service even more personal, thank you very much.
